How can we collect our equipment?
COURTESY PHONES: beside the Information Desk in Terminal 1 Arrivals, and opposite the Hertz desk in Terminal 2.
Car Rental Customers: If you are hiring a car, go directly to the car rental desk and complete your paperwork first, then call us and we will meet you at your car. Please ask if the car is parked at the terminal or the car rental depot (Eastlands).
How do we return our equipment?
If you call us 20 minutes before arriving at Dublin Airport (or on arrival using the courtesy phones), we will come and meet you at the most convenient location for you. If you don't call, equipment may be returned to the Alsaa Building reception.
Monday - Sunday 5.30am to 10pm
Please note, this means you must be with our representative by 10pm, not that your flight lands at 10pm!
*Outside of these hours, equipment may be collected or returned to the left luggage desk in Terminal 1 arrivals, which is open from 5am to 11pm. There is no installation service from left luggage.
24 hours notice must be given in advance of each booking.

Is there a minimum / maximum duration?
Yes, equipment can be booked for a minimum of 1 day, at a specific one day rate up to a maximum of 4 weeks only.
What is the cancellation policy?
We will fully refund all bookings up to 24 hrs notice. Where less than 24 hours notice is provided, no refund is given. Where flight cancellations occur at the last minute, please provide proof of cancelation (flight numbers) and we will refund in full.
