Our aim is that our customers do not have to carry equipment around the airport, AND that you don't have to wait for us. Dublin Airport has 2 terminals, so in order to operate efficiently we ask you to provide the following information on our booking form:

  • Contact phone number while in Ireland.
  • Flight numbers - Arrivals AND Departures.
  • Car Rental Information (if applicable) - Rental company and the name the car is booked under.
  •   OR
  • If you are being collected by family, friends/ someone, their contact phone number.

Where can we collect our equipment?

 

Terminal 1 and 2 Arrivals:  We have COURTESY PHONES available to you in the arrivals halls, beside the Information Desk in Terminal 1 and opposite the Hertz desk in Terminal 2. Just give us a call when you are ready!

Car Rental Customers: If you are hiring a car, go directly to the car rental desk and complete your paperwork first, then call us and we will meet you at your car so please ask if the car is parked at the terminal or the car rental depot (Eastlands).

How do we return our equipment?

If you call us 20 minutes before arriving at Dublin Airport (or on arrival using the courtesy phones), we will come and meet you at the most convenient location for you. Failure to do so may result in charges to your credit card.

Car Rental Partners - Sixt, Enterprise and Dooley's

We partner with Sixt, Enterprise and Dooley's at Dublin Airport, which makes returning our equipment very easy, you just leave it in the car!
