At The Stork Exchange we take our car seat rental very seriously. Our staff are trained and insured annually to install your car seat and demonstrate how to use it safely. As part of our customer service when you hire a car seat, we will meet you on arrival and go to your car with you, be that a private car or a rental car, and install the seat for you. 

As part of our cleaning and checking process, car seats are stripped after each and every rental to be thoroughly cleaned and allow staff to check the frames, inserts, clips, straps and supports to ensure each piece is in working order. 

We have several car seats on offer: baby seat and base / baby capsule, forward facing (Group 1) car seat, extended rearward facing seats and highback booster seats. Please ensure you chose the correct seat by checking your child's weight and height.

Parents coming from Australia with babies under 12 months please note: we know your baby capsules are generally from 0 - 6 months (depending on weight and height) so many of you hire the next seat up in our range. HOWEVER, in Ireland capsules are suitable up to 13kgs / 29lbs or 12 months approximately. We recommend chosing the Maxi Cosi capusle / baby seat and base before the Maxfix, which is more suited from toddler up to 4 years.
